1. Speed Limit in park: 10mph.  Observe and obey ONE-WAY roadways.

2. Pool: Open dawn until dusk. No Lifeguard On Duty - children 16 and under must have an adult.  NO diving, running or rough play in pool area.

3. Pets: Max 2 pets/RV. Must be leashed outside RV. Pick up poop.  Management can decide if a pet is too aggressive/loud, and must be removed from park. NO pets in pool, pool area or inside the building.  

4. Clubhouse: Management must approve all events held in the clubhouse. Kitchen use is for special events.

5. Laundry room: HIGH EFFICIENCY DETERGENT only, do not over load machines. Do NOT use fabric softeners machines are not equipped. Set an alarm, unattended items can be removed from machines. Management not responsible for items damage, theft, or otherwise.

6. Vehicles: Park off roadway and on your own lot. 1 RV & 1 passenger vehicle per site. * Use central parking lot if needed. Located by the clubhouse.

7. RATES: Posted rates are for two people. Additional guests $3.00/day/ person. Honor system.

8. NO LITTERING. Keep site neat & tidy: no clutter or trash. Chairs/grill/plants are acceptable. Keep all on cement pad for mowing purposes. NO TENTS, clotheslines, or hanging of clothes outside unit.

9. NO campfires. (Propane fire rings ok). No grills on picnic tables!! No exceptions.

10. Trash: Must be bagged and placed INSIDE dumpster.  Break down boxes. Don’t leave bag of trash outside RV OVER NIGHT.

11. Smokers: Dispose of cigarette butts in proper container not ground.

12. Alcoholic beverages: NOT permitted in public areas of the park.

13. Children: MUST be supervised by a parent/guardian when outside. No playing or bike riding in storage lot

14. Safety: Safety is critical. Please be considerate and responsible.

15. Respect the privacy of neighbor’s site: do not walk across sites.

16. Quiet hours in the park: 9 pm - 9 am.

17. CHECK IN/OUT TIME - Check in begins at 12:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. 

18. Management reserves right to eject anyone violating resort rules or creating a disturbance.

           (Each Site is allowed 1 Vehicle per Rental, Additonal 

           Vechicles is subject the the Extra Car fee.)

• More than 2 people - $3 per day per person

• Non-registered guest pool use - $3

• Off site storage - $125 per month (one year max)
